TICKETING & ATTENDaNCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

These are the legally binding Terms & Conditions governing the online Ozlander Virtual Meet & Greet meetings available for purchase via www.ozlanderfan.com (“Meet & Greet”) between the Attendee (as defined herein) and Meagan Taylor T/A Ozlander Fan Gathering (“Ozlander”).

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with, and subject to, TryBooking’s “Customer Terms & Conditions” located at https://www.trybooking.com/info/customer-terms-and-conditions.

Ozlander has the right to add, remove or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

ATTENDEE / VIRTUAL INVITATION

When a person purchases a ticket for a Meet & Greet, they must state their full name and a valid email address for use as the attendee of the applicable Meet & Greet (“Attendee”).

A Purchaser may only purchase one (1) ticket per individual Meet & Greet per transaction, and a unique email address for the attendee must be provided with each transaction.

The Attendee of the applicable Meet & Greet is legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

To join the applicable Meet & Greet, the Attendee shall follow the instructions and enter via the virtual invitation link (“Invitation”) that will be sent to the Attendee’s email address.

The Attendee shall not sell, trade, transfer or share the applicable Invitation without the prior written consent of Ozlander (which may be withheld in Ozlander’s sole discretion).

Requests to change the name and/or email address of the Attendee may be made in writing to Ozlander before the Meet & Greet, however Ozlander, in its sole discretion, may accept or deny such request for any reason deemed reasonable by Ozlander.

GUESTS

All scheduled guest appearances for the Meet & Greet (“Guests”) are subject to their availability.

In the event that a scheduled Guest is unable to attend, Ozlander will use its best endeavours to arrange a replacement guest of similar standing and calibre.

CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE

The Attendee acknowledges the following in respect of the applicable Meet & Greet:(a) that Ozlander is not responsible for time lost for late attendance to the applicable Meet & Greet;

(b) the Meet & Greet will be moderated by Ozlander staff, with time to be equally shared between attendees, and those deemed to be monopolising time by a member of the Ozlander staff may be muted to allow other paying attendees a chance to participate; and

An Attendee must be a minimum of fifteen (15) years old. The content discussed and/or shown during the Meet & Greet may be classified as inappropriate or unsuitable for an Attendee, and Ozlander accepts no responsibility for such content.

The Attendee must not:

(a) unreasonably prolong the Meet & Greet beyond its set duration;

(b) act in a manner that disrupts, disrespects, insults or hinders the enjoyment of any other Attendee, Ozlander’s staff or the Guest;

(c) access or use the Meet & Greet in any manner that is or could reasonably be construed to be unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory;

(d) allow or enable any other person to watch, join or participate in the Meet & Greet; or

(e) record, live stream, broadcast, photograph or reproduce the Meet & Greet in part or in whole.

Ozlander and Ozlander’s staff reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the applicable Meet & Greet if the Attendee is found to be in breach of Clause 4.3, and in such circumstances, (to the fullest extent permitted by law) the Attendee shall not be entitled to a refund.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

Ozlander reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the Meet & Greet or add, withdraw or substitute Guests and/or vary the Attendee capacity of the Meet & Greet in its sole discretion. Where Ozlander changes the scheduled date and/or time of the Meet & Greet for any reason, Ozlander will notify the Attendee of any rescheduling amendments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Attendee shall not be entitled to a refund in the event that Ozlander does any of those things contemplated in Clause 5.1 above.

NO LIABILITY / NO WARRANTY

Ozlander is not liable for any opinions, personal declarations, conduct or other from any Guest, Attendee or Ozlander’s staff.

Ozlander does not warrant that access to the Meet & Greet will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful material or elements.

Ozlander has no liability for consequential loss, loss of profit (actual or anticipated) or for other damages of any kind, however caused, arising in any way out of or in connection with the Invitation and/or Meet & Greet, including but not limited to any loss or damage arising from:

(a) any technology, accessibility or connectivity issues in connection with the Meet & Greet; but depending on the circumstance every effort will be made to remedy technical issues due to the Guests or OZlander connection;

(b) any interruption or any failure to purchase a ticket to the Meet & Greet;

(d) information, changes or updates in connection with the Meet & Greet that is not received by the Purchaser or Attendee; and

(e) the Attendee’s inability to attend the Meet & Greet on time or at all.

PROMOTION

The Attendee agrees to have their image photographed, filmed, recorded and used for promotional works and/or online/multimedia purposes related to Ozlander’s activities.

All images, video and/or audio recordings made by Ozlander, Ozlander’s staff or individual and/or company contracted are the sole property of Ozlander. The Attendee is not entitled to any compensation, remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Attendees releases Ozlander and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the images, videos and/or audio recordings.

PRIVACY

Ozlander is committed to protecting the Purchaser’s and Attendee’s personal information and will not use any information which it collects in connection purchasing a ticket for the Meet & Greet other than as disclosed at the time of collection.

Ozlander may share the Purchaser’s and Attendee’s information with marketers or advertisers in the aggregate without making reference to or identifying the individual Purchaser or Attendee or their contact information.

Ozlander will use its best efforts to ensure that any personal information of the Purchaser and/or Attendee will not be disclosed to third parties unless Ozlander is required to do so by law or other regulation.
